MF2181-2 Course processing claims in insurance and reinsurance entities

Within the world of administration and management, it is necessary to know the different fields of commercial management and private insurance and reinsurance techniques, within the professional area of finance and insurance. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the processing of claims in insurance and reinsurance entities.

- Analyze the claims depending on the type of insurance, distinguishing their insurable character and the causes of fraud, and identifying the legal obligations derived from them. - Apply the administrative procedures for the opening and processing of claims files in the different types of insurance in insurance entities, identifying the information application channels. - Apply procedures for establishing reservations or economic provisions in case of accidents that require damage expertise and estimation, identifying the costs of the incident. - Apply coordination procedures in those accidents that require a damage expertise and estimate, differentiating the intervening professionals. - Apply the procedures for the liquidation and payment of accidents using computer means and according to current legislation. - Apply the information request procedures to customers, collaborators and professionals involved in the different phases of resolution of an accident, differentiating the care protocols according to the type of interlocutor.

People who develop their professional activity on their own, in establishments or branches of insurance and reinsure entities, in direct contact and through the different communication channels, with insurance mediators, reparators, experts and end customers of insurance and reinsurance. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2181_2 process processing in insurance and reinsurance entities, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of administration and management, specifically in commercial management and technique of private insurance and reinsurance, within the professional area of finance and insurance, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the processing of accidents in insurance and reinsurance entities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
