MF2191_2 Course Maintenance of shelters and mountain shelters

In the field of hospitality and tourism, it is necessary to know the different field guardian fields and mountain shelters, within the professional area of agrotourism. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for maintenance of shelters and mountain shelters.

- Associate maintenance needs and conditions of use of facilities, rooms and other dependencies to types of shelters and mountain shelters and services offered. - Apply techniques to verify and ensure the state and conditions of use of equipment, machines and tools that make up the basic endowments of shelters and mountain shelters, according to their applications and depending on their optimal performance. - Apply cleaning and tuning techniques of rooms and other dependencies of shelters and mountain shelters, using adequate machinery and supplies. - Recognize and apply internal norms and measures of safety, hygiene and health in the preparation and set -up processes of rooms and other facilities of shelters and mountain shelters. - Identify and maintain, applying simple maintenance techniques, collection, water treatment, water purification and mountain shelter systems, so that water is suitable for human consumption and the sludge resulting from purification is managed. - Identify and maintain, applying simple maintenance techniques, shelter energy supply systems or mountain shelters.

It develops its activity in shelters, mountain shelters and other establishments of a similar nature, both public and private, as autonomous or qualified employment.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2191_2 maintenance of shelters and mountain shelters, certifying having passed the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of hospitality and tourism, specifically in the guard of shelters and mountain shelters, within the professional area of agrotourism, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the maintenance of shelters and mountain shelters.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
