Summary
La acción formativa en Re-Educación Postural Global responde a la demanda creciente de soluciones para el dolor y malestar. La importancia de una postura adecuada y su influencia en la salud general son cada vez más reconocidas. En esta acción formativa, descubrirás cómo el cuerpo se organiza y desorganiza, aprendiendo a interpretar los planos del método RPG como herramienta para entender el cuerpo globalmente. Conocerás las cadenas musculares y el papel del sistema nervioso en el tono postural. Aprenderás a detectar desequilibrios, analizarlos y diseñar estrategias para reorganizar la postura. Trabajarás en la lectura corporal y en intervenciones adaptadas. La reprogramación propioceptiva y la educación somática permiten acompañar al cuerpo en su ajuste y fomentar la participación activa.

La acción formativa Re-Educación Postural Global te prepara para comprender y modificar la arquitectura corporal, analizando cómo el cuerpo se organiza y desorganiza. Aprenderás a detectar y reorganizar la postura, identificando cadenas musculares y su influencia en tensión y movimiento. Además, integrarás respiración y propiocepción para fomentar la reprogramación motora y el empoderamiento del paciente.
