Minor Protection Course: Minor Protection Specialist

The creation of a protective environment for childhood that helps prevent and respond to violence, abuse and exploitation includes eight essential elements: strengthen the government's commitment and ability to satisfy the right to the protection of childhood, promote the sanction and application of adequate judicial norms, counteract the aptitudes, customs and harmful practices, for this reason this course offers the regulatory framework that determines the actions to be taken into account to the child.

- Know the principles of action in the protection of the minor - identify minors in social risk. - Know the different risk situations in childhood. - Analyze the main aspects of minors centers, as well as their intervention process.

This course, minor protection will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to detect possible social problems and identify characteristic pathologies of these situations, as well as for qualification when intervening and resolving social conflicts with negative effects on minors.

This course is aimed at all those who want to guide their future work towards educational or psychosocial tasks with minors, specifically regarding the protection of the child, in the intervention in situations of risk, conflict or helplessness that may suffer. As well as for all those who want to expand their professional knowledge about this area of action and want to achieve a specific degree.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
