Summary

This Common Administrative Procedure Law course: Law 39/2015 offers specialized training in the field. The administrative procedure is the formal channel of the series of acts in which the administrative action for the realization of an end is specified. The procedure is essential to issue an administrative act. Unlike private activity, public action requires following formal, more or less strict channels, which constitute the guarantee of citizens in the double sense that the action is in accordance with the legal system and that it can be known and controlled by citizens. This course brings you to know the Administrative Procedure Law.
