Nursing Course and Critical Care: Diploma of University Expert in Nursing and Critical Care + 29 ECTS credits

With the Nursing Expert and Critical Care Diploma you will have the opportunity to know the anatomical and functional bases of the main organs, devices and systems of the human body, applied to the patient's assessment. You will also know the therapeutic care of the critical patient, the foundations of basic and advanced life support and the pathologies associated with the critical patient. In addition, you can adapt the pace of learning the contents to your schedules and personal situation, being able to do it in a comfortable and flexible way, counting at all times with the support of the teaching team that will solve your doubts and help you deepen the areas that interest you especially.

- Knowing how to identify therapeutic limits in the critical care unit. - Know the main patient monitoring systems. - Identify the adverse effects and drug interactions. - Know the potentially reversible causes of the RCP. - Deepen the pathologies associated with the critical patient.

The Nursing Expert and Critical Care Diploma does not enable for the exercise of regulated professions. It is a specially founded training to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to nursing professionals who want to focus their professional career to this area.

The necessary requirements for the student to enroll is to have university degree (grade).

With the realization of this Nursing expert diploma and critical care you will receive basic notions about the basic care and care for the patient in critical condition, deepening the different pathologies that these patients may present, the main therapeutic care they require, the management of the airway and the peculiarities of the basic and advanced life support.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
