Summary
Maintaining a correct state of cleaning and hygiene are one of the main barriers and protection measures that we can take in the fight against the Covid-19 Coronavirus, both personally and in work centers and public buildings. This takes on special relevance in the case of the scope of restoration and hospitality in general, in which the hygiege is already fundamental in itself, and in the particular case of bars, restaurants, cafes, etc., in which there are situations in which the transmission of the virus can be greater, such as the concentration of people in closed or insufficiently window spaces. Through this online course, students will learn everything necessary to launch an anticovid protocol for hospitality, focusing on cleaning and disinfection tasks.
