Online course Characterization: MF1254_3 Characterization projects

In the field of personal image, it is necessary to know the different fields of characters characterization, within the aesthetic professional area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to develop characters characterization projects based on artistic projects.

- Apply search and organization techniques of documentary sources that allow obtaining information about different types of characters, makeup of effects and materials that serve as a basis in the characterization of characters for audiovisual and scenic productions - Develop the technical documentation necessary for the development of the characterization of characters with all the necessary specifications for the work processes. - Relate audiovisual and scenic media with determining factors for characters characterization. - Analyze the characteristics of the characters of an artistic project, relating them to the interpreters, the historical context, the literary style and genre. - Apply graphic expression techniques and computer applications and procedures in the elaboration of sketches for the characterization of characters relating them to the technical and artistic aspects of the different processes. - Apply criteria for the selection of materials, products, useful, and characterization techniques based on the character's design, and the characteristics of the technical environment and the interpreter, integrating them into the characterization project. - Apply criteria for the elaboration and presentation of characters characterization projects based on an artistic project, documenting them with different graphic materials. - Determine techniques for the evaluation and quality control of characterization projects.

He develops his professional activity as an autonomous or on behalf of others as a characterizer in public and private companies of makeup, positive workshops, prostheses workshops, film productions, television, performing arts, advertising, fashion catwalks.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1254_3 training projects, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of personal image, specifically in character characterization, within the aesthetic professional area, and to all those interested in acquiring necessary knowledge to develop characters characterization projects based on artistic projects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
