Psychogeriatry deals with the mental health of the elderly in the broad spectrum that goes from healthy aging from the psychic point of view to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the pathologies that affect this age of this age. This Psychogeriatrics course prepares you to correctly face healthy aging from the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of pathologies that affect older people. In addition, you will know both the natural processes that occur during aging and the patient who presents added diseases or difficulties and finally offers techniques that can be applied according to each case.

This Psychogeriatrics course can be aimed at professionals or students from the socio -health field such as nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists or professional care. It also addresses, in general, all those interested in the attention to the elderly and/or dependents who wish to expand their knowledge about psychogeriatry.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
