Online Viveros Plants Course: MF1492_3 Management of plant propagation operations

In the field of Agrarian, it is necessary to know the different fields of the management of the production of seeds and plants in nurseries, within the professional area of Agriculture. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for management of plants in nursery.

- Establish the criteria of organization and control of the processes necessary for production by seed seeds in nursery, depending on the programming, the techniques and procedures to be used. - Establish the criteria of organization and control of the necessary processes to obtain nursery plants through vegetative propagation, depending on programming, techniques and processes to be used. - Prepare a human resources organization program in the operations of propagation of nursery plants, depending on the established objectives and activities. - Coordinate the necessary human resources in the propagation of plants in nursery, following optimization criteria based on the established objectives and activities.

It develops its professional activity in large, medium and small companies, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the production of seeds and plants in the nursery according to the established planning, following, where appropriate, instructions, of the person responsible for the production, and being able to be in its personal level of lower level.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1492_3 Training Module Management of the propagation of plant in nursery, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of Agrarian, specifically in management of the production of seeds and plants in nurseries, within the professional area of agriculture and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management of plants propagation operations in nursery.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
