SUPERIOR IN PATIENT HEALTH AND INTERVENTION. Readaptation AVD offers specialized training in the field. The patient's intervention whose objective is the delay to the activities of daily life, has as its basic principle the maintenance and/or recovery of personal autonomy, understanding this as the ability of individuals to live for themselves and without depending on the constant help of others. So with this course it is intended that the student acquires the necessary and sufficient knowledge to carry out people's recovery work in an effective way to help them be autonomous and maintain their own basic personal care, their productive work, their hobbies and social life.

- Describe the importance of occupation in the increase in autonomy and independence in people with some type of disability or difficulty in carrying out routine activities (AVD). - Provide comprehensive enabling care, through occupational and personal and social adjustment programs, in order to achieve the greatest possible personal development. - Improve the quality of life of people participating in the activity of occupational service. - Know the importance of the level of personal autonomy in people with disabilities. - Enable learning, training and development of skills related to the scope of occupational training. - Contribute, through training and occupation, to a greater and more effective participation in social life, to the development of their personal autonomy and to the improvement of their self -esteem.

Orientation, advice and treatment in the rehabilitation of children and adults, social and family reintegration, health centers and mutual accidents, residences of the elderly, schools and public schools, support for special education, labor reintegration of disabled, exercise free of the profession, public administration, teaching and research.

Readaptation AVD prepares you to acquire the necessary and most important knowledge of the patient's intervention so that through the assessment of physical, psychic, sensory and social capacities and problems of the individual, with an adequate health intervention, the patient can reach the greatest possible degree of independence in his daily life, helping him to be autonomous and facilitating the adaptation to his disability.

Readaptation AVD is aimed at all health personnel interested in entering the field of intervention with the patient in terms of the rehabilitation of daily life activities and all diplomas in occupational therapy that want to expand their knowledge, equate to new graduates and have greater possibilities of national and international mobility and to all of what they want to expand knowledge or begin in this world of re -adaptation of daily life activities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
