The good tone and flexibility of the woman's pelvic soil can be affected by the changes that occur during pregnancy, after childbirth or by performing impact exercises, which can later derive in urinary or fecal incontinence, sexual dysfunctions, lumbar pain, pelvic congestions, etc. To avoid these problems, it is essential to perform previous preparation during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as a correct rehabilitation in the postpartum. With this pelvic soil rehabilitation course, the necessary knowledge to carry out this type of preparation and treatments are offered to the student.

- Know the anatomy, physiology and main pathologies of the pelvic soil. - Learn to make the assessment and exploration of the pelvic floor. - Study the main technics for the treatment of pelvic soil dysfunctions. - Know the exercises for the functional activity of the pelvic soil. - Analyze the changes that occur in the pelvic floor during pregnancy. - Learn to make the preparation of the pelvic floor for childbirth. - Perform the rehabilitation of the pelvic floor in the postpartum.

Thanks to the Pelvic Soil Rehabilitation Course you will know the main techniques of preparation and rehabilitation of pelvic soil for childbirth, for which you will analyze the anatomy and physylogy of the pelvic soil, as well as its main pathologies. Similarly, you will know the main techniques of exploration, evaluation and treatment of the pelvic soil.

The Pelvic Soil Rehabilitation Course is aimed at health professionals interested in training in this area, as well as any person who for personal or professional issues has an interest in learning about the rehabilitation of the pelvic soil.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
