Summary

If you want to devote yourself professionally to the sport and you want to know in depth aspects such as sports health or physioculturism this is your time, with the course of physioculturism coach + sports health (double degree + 5 ECTS credits) you can acquire the necessary knowledge to perform this work successfully. In the field of sport, it is necessary to have basic knowledge about the benefits and the care that we must have when performing sports practices, whether competition or simply recreational. An important figure in this environment is that of the coach, who must know the different fields that collect this work activity. Thus, with this course of physioculturism coach + sports health it is intended to contribute the necessary knowledge for those who wish to focus their activity to physioculturism training. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

Goals

- Establish an approach to minimum sports health. - Know and recognize the importance of mass health massage. - Verify and classify the different types of bandage depending on their characteristics. - Recognize the importance of good food in sports. - Know the most frequent lesions and their treatments. - Recognize the different exercises that must be carried out in the world of physioculturism. - Know the different training techniques within the field of bodybuilding. - Identify sports supplementation and ergogenic aids appropriate to the sports activity that is carried out. - Recognize the type of injury that can lead to bad praxis in training.

This course of physioculturism coach + sports health is aimed at those professionals in the world of training, specifically those of the physioculturism training, as well as professionals from the sports world and the health and, to all people interested in acquiring knowledge related to sports health.

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). Double degree: - Titling of physioculturism coach issued by Edusport accredited by the Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) to which he will be able to access as a federated receiving the corresponding professional card in the Culturism and Fitness Competition Premiator Quality and professional registration to guarantee safe and effective advice from customers users of fitness facilities for qualified professionals. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation. - University degree in Sports Health from the Antonio de Nebrija University with 5 ECTS university credits. Scoring course as merits for access oppositions to the teaching public function in all CC. AA., According to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan of the Antonio de Nebrija University
