Summary

This Portuguese course for trade dependents (Official Level European Council A1) offers basic training in the field. From commercial relations, customer loyalty and quality policies arise. Today it is common to meet in environments where different languages coexist, the key to the provision of a good service within trade lies in customer treatment.
