Summary

Get with this formation your federative license -Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) -. At present there is a great offer of activities related to physical and sports activities, both professionally and recreational playful, so it is very important to know how to program, direct and instruct aquatic fitness activities by making the initial and periodic determination of the physical, biological and motivational condition of the users, with an optimal quality level both in the process and in the results and always from the observance and promotion of health and welfare. Therefore, this course is intended to contribute the necessary knowledge to know how to direct and teach aquatic fitness programs.

Goals

- Direct and teach aquatic fitness programs. - Know and put into practice specific programs of aquatic fitness for adults, pregnant women and for breasts and babies. - Develop events programs (competition competitions, exhibitions and celebrations, among others) typical of the field of aquatic fitness based on a given programming, for different typologies of facilities and users. - Organize and specify the most characteristic types of events in the field of aquatic fitness according to the reference programming. - Direct and energize events (competition competitions, exhibitions and celebrations, among others) typical of the field of aquatic fitness for different types of users.

People who develop their activity both in the public and private sector in: gyms, sports services, sports bosoms or municipal sports entities, sports clubs or associations, clubs or social associations, tourism companies (hotels, camping, spa, etc.), large companies with sports services for their employees, geriatric centers or social character, sports federations, public sports organizations, public sports organizations, general sports organism sport, etc.)
