Summary

This course in mergers and acquisitions and financial audit offers you a specialized training in the field. Fusion and acquisitions rarely generate value for shareholders, because you do not have the necessary knowledge to make an assessment of the variables involved in these business strategies. In addition, it is essential to know the normative and legal aspects involved in this type of options. That is why with this course you will be able to carry out a successful financial audit and thus have the desired expectations in mergers and acquisitions.
