At present, it becomes essential in the world of restoration to know how to direct and manage the activities of a restaurant or unit of food and drinks production and service, define and supervise its processes and optimize the material and human resources available to achieve the maximum profitability of the unit, offering the best quality of service and customer service, if necessary, in English. In this course, it is intended to provide students with the necessary knowledge to design and market restoration offers, in addition to knowing all the characteristic logistics of the catering service.

- Analyze information and design loading, transport and discharge processes of genres, culinary and material elaborations with the objective of offering catering services. - Describe and apply procedures for the supervision of loading/discharge and transport processes of genres, culinary and material elaborations to offer catering services - Describe and apply the supervision procedures of the state of the fleet of vehicles dedicated to the transport of the contracted catering offer. - Analyze the restoration sector and define the positioning of the establishment, interpreting all the variables that configure it and explain its current situation and the trends that are detected. - Determine the composition and characteristics of diverse gastronomic offers taking into account the economic and commercial parameters contemplated in the restoration sector. - Analyze the processes of information, advice and sale, and apply in them the procedures and techniques of customer service and communication, as a basic element for the achievement of business objectives. - Develop promotional actions applicable to restoration establishments, applying marketing techniques.

This course is aimed at all those interested in a particular or labor way in the world of restoration management, more specifically in catering logistics and with the design and commercialization of offers in restoration.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
