Postgraduate in childhood attention: education, leisure and free time (multiple degree + 15 ECTS credits)

The work in Early Childhood Education requires vocation, a deep knowledge of the child and knowing how to apply some methodological principles and procedures that allow the child to develop in an integral way and live the educational process as something playful and fun. In addition, childhood attention is very important both at the level of education and at the level of leisure and free time. This course offers specialized training both in childhood attention, knowing the basis of child psychology and early attention, in addition to leisure and free time applied to children.

- Delimit the concept of development from a global approach that integrates the physical, cognitive, psychological and affective aspects of the human being. - Develop the itinerary of the child's evolutionary course emphasizing the main milestones of its development from the prenatal stage to nine years of age. -Know the main manifestations of child psychopathology and the methods of evaluation, diagnosis and treatment that are used from psychology to address them. -Analize the concept of psychoeducational intervention and know its main functions and objectives. - Provide different tools for the development of leisure and free time activities: socio -cultural, sports and outdoor activities attending to the environment in which they are projected, urban and in nature. - Know the methodology that underlies the planning and application of the different activities to be programmed, especially working the definition of specific objectives, the coordination and organization of work and the supervision of activities. - Know the functions and main characteristics that define the profile of the leisure and free time monitor and recognize the influence of leisure and free time activities in the educational field. - Know the scope, the target population and the main theoretical models in early care.

Aimed at people who want to guide their future work in the education and/or leisure sector and free time in childhood or those who want to update their professional knowledge.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
