Summary
At present, the creation and training of companies is booming. So competitiveness is maximum, so the sales process must be perfected and carried out more efficiently, that is, the development of commercial skills. Because not all customers are equal, since the individual aspects and competences related to the capacity for interrelation with them must be worked, we have all assimilated or learned argumentation and persuasion skills. This commercial skills development course will contribute all the necessary knowledge about these argumentation and persuasion skills, in addition to showing how to face the sales process in the most efficient way and improve the competencies related to interpersonal communication between commercial and client.
