The changes that have occurred in the world of work are demanding new training strategies and the renewal of didactic methodologies. Today, the initial formation is only the beginning of a whole way to go. Indeed, the permanent training of professionals is an indispensable requirement to deal with the demands and requirements of the work environment. We also have to know that the English area is important in compulsory secondary education for three fundamental reasons, because there is currently a great social demand in Spain so that students develop a communicative competence in English that allows them own language and contributes to personal cognitive development.

- Understand the main ideas of complex texts that deal with both concrete and abstract topics, even if they are of a technical nature as long as they are within their field of specialization. - Related to native speakers with a sufficient degree of fluidity and naturalness so that communication is carried out effortlessly by any of the interlocutors. - Produce clear and detailed texts on various topics as well as defend a point of view on general issues. - Study and understand an example of a didactic unit for English teachers in high school. - Acquire the necessary capacities to perform teachers' functions in a private training or academy. - Acquire the pedagogical and didactic competences necessary for the design, planning, management and implementation of a training plan, both in the business field and in the unregulated official training.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
