Summary

English is a language that speaks around 400 million natives and additionally 500 million people who have English as a second language. Today, learning this language is basic and essential in any professional field. Through this level of English level B1, the student will obtain the theoretical-practical tools necessary to effectively develop in this language, in the business field, specifically in administrative management in the relationship with the client, in addition to reinforcing labor expectations communicating fluidly in English. The contents of the English B1 course are adapted to the common European framework, which allows greater compatibility with other language teaching systems and facilitates the geographical mobility of the person accredited.

Goals

- Understand the general ideas and specific details of the usual types of administrative management in the relationship with the client in standard foreign language, transmitted in conversations, recordings, instructions, or others, clear and without distortions or noise. - Interpret professional routine documentation of a simple nature, in standard foreign language, typical of administrative management activities in relation to the client, obtaining relevant information, using when necessary consultation material and dictionaries. - Produce simple oral messages, linked and structured in a foreign language with reasonable fluidity, in usual and non -complex situations of the social and professional field of the administration and reception area, making proper use of the usual courtesy rules. - Write and complete usual, routine and simple texts in administrative activities in relation to the client, in standard foreign language, precisely and in all types of support, using the appropriate basic technical language and, applying correction, spelling and grammatical criteria. - Maintain conversations clearly, in a standard foreign language, in administrative activities of relationship with the client, with some naturalness and trust, understanding and providing explanations in usual types type, routine of the professional field. - Understand frequent phrases and expressions related to areas of experience that are especially relevant (basic information about yourself and your family, purchases, places of interest, occupations, etc.). - Communicate when carrying out simple and everyday tasks that do not require more than simple and direct exchanges of information on issues that are known or usual. - Describe in simple aspects aspects of your past and your environment as well as issues related to your immediate needs.
