Postgraduate in grazing of cattle and auxiliary activities for the care and transport of animals

In the field of the agrarian world it is necessary to know the different fields in the auxiliary activities in livestock, within the professional livestock area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for grazing or cattle, auxiliary activities in the care, transport and management of animals.

The objectives to be achieved with the realization of this course by transport of animals are the following: - Define cattle management operations in grazing systems and perform them to take advantage of the pastible resources of the natural environment. - Estimate, in view of pasty food resources, supplement needs and, in a practical case, prepare and distribute them with sufficiency. - List first aid applied to grazing cattle when small trauma and wounds of little importance and apply them if necessary. - Identify and perform the care that is carried out on replacement animals to obtain their adaptation to exploitation and adaptation as breeders. - Distinguish the marking and/or identification systems of the rereading and bait animals according to the species and apply the management procedures necessary to carry out them. - Describe the methods of obtaining, transporting, storage and conservation, production (animals for sale, products or by -products) of livestock exploitation and, at all times, the basic operations that proceed. - Detail the auxiliary operations of the conservation processes of the raw materials, preparation and distribution of food rations (volumetric and concentrated) and perform them by applying the established techniques and the means available to livestock exploitation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
