In the field of the world of administration and management it is necessary to know the different fields of commercial management and technique of private insurance and reinsurance, within the professional area of finance and insurance. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the advice of insurance and reinsurance products and services through insurance contracts, risk distributions, insurance customers, ... establishing the basic procedures for the interpretation of insurance and reinsurance proposals for different contracts. Applicable financial calculation procedures will also be provided without forgetting the applicable legal regulations for occupational risk prevention, in addition to knowing the management of distribution channels.

- Analyze the functions and organizational structure of the commercial area and the different distribution channels of an organization of the insurance and/or reinsurance sector. - Analyze the organization of insurance and/or reinsurance sales equipment in the different types of distribution channels. - Apply the techniques of determination and selection of insurance and/or reinsurance sales equipment for different distribution channels, in an organizational structure, commercial objectives and scope of action defined. - Apply communication techniques in information processes/training equipment for different distribution channels, insurance entities and determined reinsurance. - Analyze leadership styles, and commercial equipment motivation techniques, common in coordination and communication with private insurance sales equipment, in different distribution channels. - Analyze commercial action plans, prospecting and sales equipment activities of different insurance and reinsurance distribution channels, according to final objectives and budgets and determining the degree of existing coordination. - Apply control and evaluation procedures for the development of commercial shares, and achievement of objectives of the sales equipment in the different insurance and reinsurance distribution channels.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others, in establishments or branches of insurance and reinsure entities, in direct contact and through the different communication channels, with insurance mediators, reparators, experts, and final customers of insurance and reinsurance. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
