Summary

This course in Pharmacy and Magistral Formulation offers you a specialized training in the field. The veterinary pharmacy is the place where medications are kept for animals that come ill to the clinic and are admitted or for those who need a treatment at home. This course in Veterinary Pharmacy is intended to contribute the necessary knowledge in relation to veterinary pharmacy and the most demanded medications. The veterinary pharmaceutical personnel must be aware of all the news that arise in this field to be able to provide their patients/users with the most professional possible care. This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to assist in the elaboration of master formulas, officers, dietary and cosmetics, under the supervision of the optional.

Goals

- Know the work of veterinary pharmacy staff. - Acquire basic knowledge about general notions of pharmacology. - Know the officers and masterful formulas of frequent use in veterinary. - Study the main medications that are distributed in the veterinary pharmacy and their proper maintenance. - Organize working conditions in terms of premises for preparation, tool and safety and safety of the pharmacy laboratory. - Control the quality of the raw materials used in the elaboration of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical preparations. - Apply the physical-chemical foundations in the elaboration and control of medicines. - Perform basic pharmaceutical operations for product development. - Prepare pharmaceutical forms to obtain a finished product. - Explain the processes to follow in homeopathic formulation.
