Postgraduate in preparation of orders and customer service

In the field of trade and marketing, it is necessary to know the different fields of the auxiliary trade activities, within the professional area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for basic customer service and the correct preparation of orders demanded by customers.

- Interpret the information contained in ordering orders of different nature or of different types of companies or stores, both commercial and industrial. - Interpret the symbology and basic recommendations in manual manipulation, conservation and packaging of merchandise orders/products of different nature. - Apply manipulation measures and standards in the weighing and conditioning of orders, manually and using the usual manipulation equipment in the preparation of orders in accordance with orders and recommendations and regulations for safety, hygiene and health. - Perform different types of orders and their packaging, both manually and with the packaging equipment, applying the labeling, weight, volume and visibility criteria of products or goods from different ordering orders. - Apply basic communication techniques in different attention and treatment situations based on different elements, barriers, difficulties and alterations. - Adopt attitudes and behaviors that provide effective and quality service quality in simple basic situations at the point of sale. - Apply basic care techniques in different situations of demand for information and customer application. - Adopt assertive behavior guidelines adapting them to situations of claims and/or customer requests at the point of sale or delivery at home.

This postgraduate postgraduate for orders and customer service, offers students the knowledge, skills and techniques necessary to carry out orders, as well as correct and adequate customer service, determining aspect to achieve success in the company, customer satisfaction.

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of trade and marketing, more specifically to the auxiliary trade activities, in the professional area of the sale and who intend to obtain knowledge related to basic customer service and preparation of orders.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
