Summary

The evolution of society and the development of ICT have allowed the progressive implementation of teleworking, which has been favored and accelerated to a large extent due to the appearance of COVID-19. In this new labor scenario, characterized by situations of great dynamism that require adaptation capacity, many companies have been forced to implement this modality without being prepared for it from the organizational point of view. To manage a team in Teletrabjo it is necessary to take into account some aspects that usually do not imply problems in equipment management in the organization. In addition, teleworking has caused the use of new tools adapted to this modality, which allow adapting, improving and facilitating business activity. In this sense, we can highlight the development of Zoom, a tool that allows virtual interaction between work teams and is used even by groups of friends. It is an excellent ally when the distance does not allow face -to -face meetings. As it is a video connection, this form makes communication much more human compared to email or instant messaging. Through this online zoom course, students are offered the right training to learn to manage work teams in a work environment in which teleworking will be more common, also dominating the characteristics, operation and advantages that this program can offer in a teleworking environment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
