Summary

The scope of dietary and nutrition is that focused on the study of food and nutrients, as well as their action, interaction and balance regarding health and disease, in addition to analyzing the process by which it is digested, absorbed, ingests, transports, uses and eliminates a food substance. Through the application of the concepts and principles of coaching, a process through which the patient has the ability to improve the results obtained in a particular field of life, whether personal or professional, the person's health status can be improved through proper food. With this postgraduate nutritional postgraduate, students are offered the appropriate knowledge for it.

Goals

To prepare you

Once the postgraduate degree in nutritional coaching is completed, you will have acquired the necessary knowledge to know how to develop an analysis of food and a study of nutritional needs, following which to offer nutritional advice from the point of view of coaching application.
