Summary

This Matronation and Swimming Monitor course for baby offers specialized training in the field. During the first year of life the physical and psychic progress of the baby are closely united, in addition, it is proven that babies swimming evolve better in their development. Baby swimming is a practice that favors the stimulation of children. Water activity stimulates the development of baby motor skills and helps strengthen the relationship with parents. Thus, with this course it is intended to convey the theoretical knowledge and skills necessary to develop swimming sessions for babies.

Goals

- Enter the history of swimming. - Know the development of aquatic motor skills. - Learn the swimming methods. - Organize baby swimming courses. - Create educational aquatic activities. - Apply hygienic-sanitary habits. - Acquire knowledge regarding first aid. - Analyze and describe aquatic facilities, according to its different typologies and the most frequent use material in swimming activities for different types of users to ensure their availability and suitability. - To specify, in each of the sessions, the activities, methodologies and material resources depending on the contingencies that may appear in the user-client groups that follow a program related to swimming activities for different types of users. - Analyze habits and complementary practices to physical activity that have a direct impact on health and quality of life. - Identify and apply in simulated situations the most common emergency plans in sports facilities. - Acquire the necessary capacities to perform teachers' functions in a private training or academy. - Acquire the pedagogical and didactic competences necessary for the design, planning, management and implementation of a training plan, both in the business field and in the unregulated official training.

This course of matronation and swimming monitor for baby is aimed at all those people, being parents, mothers or legal guardians of babies, as well as professionals in this area, are interested in specializing in swimming for babies from 6 months, either helping their own children or monitoring groups.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). Scoring course as merits for access oppositions to the teaching public function in all CC. AA., According to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007).
