- Distinguish between the coaching and mentoring process. - Describe the reasons for launching a coaching process, the functions and competences that the coach and the techniques used in coaching must have. - Know the ways in which a coach is accredited for the exercise of your profession, the various existing accreditation procedures, as well as the different organizations that these professionals group internationally. - Understand the basic competences that a coach must dominate, and the rules of conduct that are usually contemplated in a deontological code for this profession. - Know the different techniques and instruments used in coaching processes. - Describe the reasons for a mentoring process as well as the mentor roles.

The following course prepares you to distinguish between the coaching and mentoring process, deepening both aspects and being able to describe the reasons to implement a coaching process, the functions and competencies that the coach and the techniques used in coaching must have, and describe the reasons to carry out a mentoring process as well as the roles of the mentor.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
