Practical course: Services Law of the Information Society - LSSI

Since 1999 and due to the appearance of Organic Law 15/99, the vast majority of business activities have been forced to manage their data so that they ensure their confidentiality thus guaranteeing that the data belonging to employees, clients or other related agents remained protected from incorrect use. This course analyzes the most relevant aspects of the Information Society Services Law, with the objective of knowing what are the obligations and limits of business and personal activities that can be developed through the Internet.

- Know the basic concepts included in Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce. - Know what services or companies apply. - influence and exemplify the good practices and actions that companies that sell through the Internet must follow. - Sensitize about the importance of fulfilling the law and being aware of the important sanctions that its breach entails.
