Summary
The death of a person, in addition to having an emotional dimension, has consequences in other areas of life. This course aims to clearly expose the legal and administrative aspects related to the funeral process, as well as the rights that are born from death. In this way, the course materials suppose a useful and simple tool to advise and respond at all times to the student in terms of legal problems that may arise in the funeral field.

Through this course, the student will be able to know the legal norms that regulate the funeral right, the different regulations that, depending on each autonomous community, govern the multiple aspects that surround the process of a deceased: from the manipulation and conservation of the body, to its burial or incineration, through possible cases of international repatriation.
Who is it addressed
This course is aimed at all those linked to the funeral sector: forensic, tanatopactors, burials, mortuary health police, corpse carriers, employed in mortuary services and funeral deposits, etc., as well as any other interested in knowing and deepening about the legislation regulating the regulations in this workplace.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
