Professional driving security course: UF2387 Prevention and Safety in Professional Driving

In the field of transport and maintenance of vehicles, it is necessary to know the different fields of professional driving of vehicles cars and vans, within the professional area driving vehicles by road. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to conduct the taxi, tourism or van, and the operations related to the provision of the service.

- Perform the administrative operations corresponding to the charges and payments of the service provision, following the procedures established in accordance with current regulations. - Identify the risks of the road, incidents and accidents at work and occupational diseases explaining their consequences in their economic and human dimension. - Evaluate emergency situations, determining in and time the ideal actions based on the different risk factors observed and the nature of the situation. - Relate professional pathologies associated with driving activity indicating the corrective measures that attenuate the risk of occupational disease.

It exercises its professional activity as a driver, autonomous or salaried, in companies of any size, public and private, that provide traveler or merchandise transport services, in cars with capacity not exceeding nine seats or vans up to 3,500 kilos, respectively. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2387 Prevention and Safety in Profession for which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of vehicle transport and maintenance, specifically in professional driving of vehicles cars and vans, within the professional area driving vehicles by road, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to conduct the driving of the taxi, tourism or van, and the operations related to the provision of the service.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
