Summary

INEAF Business School as a mediator training center recognized by the Ministry of Justice presents this professional master's degree for conflict resolution: labor, criminal, family, civil and commercial that will allow students to accredit legal training in the field of mediation, complying with the necessary requirement for registration in the mediators registry. The master offers a systematic presentation of the different areas of knowledge in which mediation is divided. It begins with an exhibition of conflicts, then poses an overview of mediation to finish off the specialization of each specific area. Double degree: -Titulation issued by the European Institute for Fiscal Advice (INEA), Recognized Educational Institution in the Registry of the Ministry of Justice as a Civil and Commercial Mediation Training Center (R.D. 980/2013) “Unofficial teaching and not leading to obtaining an official or certificate of professionalism.” - Degree issued by the European Institute for Fiscal Advice - INEAF is a collaborating institution with the Ministry of Justice for the delivery of training in the area of civil and commercial mediation, adapted to Royal Decree 980/2013 of December 13. Students who meet the requirements can be registered in the Registry of Civil and Commercial Mediators of the Ministry of Justice requesting it on the Ministry's following website (https://sede.mjusticia.gob.es/es/tramites/inscripcion-registration). By law it is mandatory for the interested party to register and contribute to the Ministry the relevant documentation for said registration, once registered, IFA will validate the training carried out. "Unofficial teaching and not leading to obtaining an official title or certificate of professionalism."
