Professional Technical Course in Psychology in Children and Adolescents

Psychology is the branch of psychological science that is responsible for the research of all factors, evaluation, psychological diagnosis, support for recovery and prevention that affect mental health and adaptive behavior, in conditions that can generate discomfort and suffering. Thus, psychology, and also with the creation of this course, we have opted to define human development from a global and integrative perspective, highlighting not only physical aspects, but also psychological, cognitive and socio -affective.

It will allow students to address the main psychological disorders in the stages of human life corresponding to childhood and adolescence. The student will acquire the basic and necessary knowledge, from a specific and quality training, in order to understand and intervene in those cases that require psychological intervention.

This course is aimed specifically those people licensed in psychology and/or pedagogy, or students who are finishing their university training in these areas. It is also intended for those who are interested in discovering the secrets of clinical psychology applied to the area of childhood and adolescence and understand the psychological connections that the human being can suffer. It is related to the functions of pedagogues, psychopedagogues, social workers, social educators, etc.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
