Psychosocial and administrative care course for the patient

Thanks to this ongoing psychosocial and administrative care of the patient the main competences, skills, concepts and procedures that health personnel must manage to respond in an integral way to the requests, complaints, claims and consultations of the users and patients. Patient care implies not only clinical intervention, but also the social and administrative psychological care that facilitates the life of the patient and their families. At the end of this training, students will have sufficient competences to establish adequate communication, address the rights and duties of patients, respond to complaints and claims and know the sanitary organization chart.

The professional outputs of this Psychosocial and Administrative Care course of the patient are oriented to jobs in which you will address issues such as administrative and support staff in health centers, teacher for health professionals, patient or responsible care offices or responsible for quality and care for the patient, among others.

With this patient psychosocial and administrative care course you will have the possibility of learning how to interact with patients and users, resolve conflicts with adequate communication, inform of all the necessary and available services in the health center, manage complaints and the quality of the service through a structured evaluation and know the areas of the different health personnel professionals.

This patient psychosocial and administrative care course is aimed at administrative and service personnel, health personnel and all those person who wishes to specialize in health and administrative management applied to health centers since it will provide essential skills in these areas.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
