Summary
Real estate professionals need to comply with a series of mandatory knowledge, in relation to the services of lender, advice and intermediation of real estate credit, taking into account Law 5/2019 Regulatory of real estate credit contracts. This training aims to provide the student with the knowledge and competences required for real estate advice and operations related to it, adapted to the new demands of the market and the real estate sector.

This Real Estate Advisory Course pretend the complete vision of the guidelines and requirements associated with the profession of real estate advisor, attending to a series of general and transparency principles that in any real estate operation must be present. In addition, with this training aspects will be known that will allow customers to advise from a financial point of view as a prosecutor, attending to theoretical-practical assumptions to be resolved by the student.
Who is it addressed to?
This training is aimed at any person with interest in financial and real estate advice, with special interest in credit intermediaries, designated representatives or others, who exercise real estate advice functions, commercialized with financial or real estate credit products, or graduates or university students who wish to specialize in the credit sector and real estate advice.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
