MF2150-3 Specific Building Works Course

In the field of building and civil works, it is necessary to know the different fields of the control of the execution of building works, within the professional area of projects and follow -ups. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for specific building rehabilitation works.

- Differentiate the different procedures related to the provisional stabilization of buildings for rehabilitation, and those affected by demolitions and excavations. - Apply techniques for the organization and supervision of demolition/deconstruction work, differentiating the different procedures developed, as well as the treatment of resulting waste. - Differentiate the pathological processes of the buried network of sanitation, buried walls and soleras, characterizing the different procedures for their rehabilitation. - Apply techniques for the organization and supervision of the rehabilitation work of the buried network of sanitation, of the buried walls and the soleras in building. - Differentiate the pathological processes of foundations, structures, facades and partitions, characterizing the different procedures for rehabilitation. - Apply organization and supervision techniques of the rehabilitation work of the foundations, structures, facades and partitions in building. - Differentiate the pathological processes of the covers, finishes, carpentry and locksmith, and facilities, characterizing the different procedures for their rehabilitation. - Apply techniques for the organization and supervision of the rehabilitation work of the covers, finishes, carpentry and locksmith, and building facilities. - Apply specific techniques for the organization and supervision of the implementation of building rehabilitation works, differentiating the different procedures developed. - Manage the rehabilitation works in building, both in relation to short -term planning and to user relationships, proposing alternatives to the different problems posed.

He develops his activity in the execution area, as a salaried worker in small, medium and large private companies, under the direction and supervision of a production manager and/or a construction manager, or an manager -when he integrated into the organization chart as a foreman. Organize and supervise their own workers and the different subcontracts. Collaborates in risk prevention within its scope of responsibility, being able to perform the basic function of occupational risk prevention.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2150_3 Training Module. Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of energy and water, more specifically those linked to the management of efficient water use, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge for specific rehabilitation works in building.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
