Summary
Active aging is understood as the process of optimization of health, participation and security opportunities in order to improve the quality of life as people age. In a broader frame, active aging is based on the recognition of the human rights of the elderly. From a political point of view, aging should be considered a primary objective, also from a social point of view, with this course it is proposed to know the regulatory framework that regulates access and transfer to residential centers of the elderly, so that the student recognizes the different casuistry and procedures for access to residential and day -elderly residential centers in Andalusia.
