Summary

The business context is experiencing impressive changes, especially affecting the needs, requirements and concerns of the human component of organizations. This makes necessary the modernization of the Human Resources Department in SMEs and large companies in order to maximize their contribution to business success. With this Expertole course we offer a training plan oriented to the choice of the appropriate strategy for the department to achieve high levels of efficiency and increase the benefits of the corporation.

Goals

- Provide a more strategic vision of the Human Resources Department, in order to apply measures in the planning of templates, selection, recruitment, training, promotion and remuneration aligned with the general strategy of the company. - Provide a new evaluation of the worker with respect to their competences and performance to achieve the objectives and values of the organization. - Allow in a quick and simple way to acquire the necessary knowledge about innovation and motivation, to apply new technologies to the functions and tasks of a human resources department. - Acquire basic and up -to -date knowledge about the management of contracts, payrolls and procedures with social security. - Know the different applications available and influence of culture 2.0 for talent and knowledge management. - Perform internal and external communication of the company using new technologies properly. - Use new technologies as a key instrument for the attraction, development and retention of personnel. - Provide the student in a quick and simple way to apply new technologies to the functions and tasks of a human resources department. - Acquire knowledge of innovation and motivation.
