The distribution of powers, in terms of health, is regulated within our legal system establishing, in a clear and detailed way, all the normative powers, both of the central administration of the State and of the autonomous communities, even of the municipalities. With regard to the Community of Madrid, the health system involves the clear distinction between administrative functions and those related to the providers of the health service established in their corresponding sanitary regulations.
