Sant0108 Course Sanitary Attention to multiple victims and catastrophes (full professional certificate)

Catastrophe situations exceed the response capacity of the intervention equipment that must be faced. Therefore, a series of measures must be taken before and after the event that allows minimizing the damages suffered by society before the disaster. This course provides knowledge about the organization of emergency systems as well as developing and executing the action plans that are launched to face this type of situation, in addition to both health and psychological assistance measures to provide victims the help they need.

- Bring the student to the knowledge and practice of the provisions in terms of health logistics, medical emergency models, assistance materials and humanitarian aid. - Train the student to know how to act, and the procedures to be followed in a health emergency with multiple victims. - Prepare the student for the realization of emergency plans, risk maps, the activation and execution of emergency plans and different action protocols. - Teach how to provide effective assistance from the psychosocial field, in order to help face the critical event, prevent the psychological and social deterioration of affected people and avoid the acquisition or chronification in the future of psychopathological states consistent with the traumatic situation.

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Sant0108 Professional Certificate to multiple victims and catastrophes certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

Any professional in the health or security field that wants to acquire knowledge regarding the management and performance in catastrophe situations and accidents with multiple victims, such as health transport professionals, doctors, nurses, civil protection agents, etc.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
