SEAD0512 COURSE CANine Instruction in Civil Protection and Protection Operations (Certificate of Complete Professionalism)

In the field of safety and environment, it is necessary to know the different fields of canine instruction in security and civil protection operations, within the professional area Security and Prevention. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to instruct the dog in defense and surveillance skills, detection, rescue and rescue of victims, search and detection of odorous substances, in the support operations to entities associated with safety and/or civil protection, as well as perform hygienic care and provide first aid, taking into account occupational risks and animal welfare.

- Train the dog with base training techniques. - Perform the training of dogs in defense and surveillance operations. - Perform the training of dogs in detection, search, rescue and rescue operations. - Perform the training of dogs in search and detection operations of odorous substances. - Perform canine care and hygiene work. - Perform first aid work applied to dogs.

It develops its professional activity both on its own and of others, in the field of small, medium and large private companies, and homes of individuals, as well as, in public administrations and/or entities, related to safety, defense and surveillance, detection, search, rescue and rescue of victims, search and detection of smelly substances, in support operations to entities associated with safety and/or civil protection. Its activity, generally, performs autonomously, although it can depend, circumstantially, on a hierarchical superior.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the ADGN0512 Professional Certificate of Canine Instruction in Civil Security and Protection Operations, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of security and environment, specifically in canine instruction in Civil Security and Protection operations, within the professional area of safety and prevention, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the instruction of the dog in defense and surveillance skills as, perform hygienic care and provide first aid, taking into account occupational risks and animal welfare.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
