Summary

At present, the growing demands of the labor market, the importance of professional performance in our life and real difficulty when accessing and maintaining a job, make work orientation, with all socio -labor intervention strategies, charge a special relevance in our days. The abyss that many people find at risk of exclusion in terms of training and labor practice can be saved through advice and guide by experts on the subject. In this sense, the teacher can do a great job, investigating the interests, aspirations and expectations of their students, and guide them towards the path that best suits their abilities, potentialities and desires. This course offers the student a training in the guiding intervention aimed at both aspects of social integration, and pedagogical referring to the job search, in order to exercise a complete job orientation to the user.

Goals

- Know a global vision of professional orientation and employment - Assimilate the importance of interconnection between the Public State Employment Service and the public employment services of the Autonomous Communities: SISPE - Have a global vision on the projects and programs of professional guidance for employment, as well as the competences to be developed both in employment plaintiffs, and in labor orientation professionals. - Inform about the necessary instruments to adequately manage teleorientation tools in those job seekers who, due to their demographic, social, geographical characteristics, do not want or cannot access a face -to -face job guidance process. - Pose a specific framework on general knowledge in professional guidance and employment to groups at risk of exclusion: women, youth, ethnic minorities, immigrants, etc. - Inform about the most appropriate professional guidance models to intervene with groups at risk, in particular, the one that has been more effective for the insertion of these groups: the person -centered model. - Assimilate the need for job support and accompaniment towards insertion as an essential process with groups at risk of exclusion. - Knowing how to apply more effective techniques, tools and resources to carry out effective use processes towards employment in vulnerable groups. - Train in the application of techniques and intervention methods that allow to program, implement and evaluate, psychosocial actions, using all those knowledge, skills, attitudes, technologies and resource appropriate to facilitate the process of social inclusion to groups at risk. - Provide all those knowledge related to the professional profile of the coach in labor orientation, from an approach to the reference legislation and placing his figure in the heart of the labor market, describe the great lines that determine their identity and outline the principles and areas of their guiding intervention. - Facilitate the tools for the application of the methods of analysis of the work environment and the evaluation of the potential, aspirations and personal needs of the user. - Expose the guidelines for the design of training and labor itineraries adapted to the specific characteristics of the user and according to the opportunities offered by the context.

This course is intended for social educators, social workers, pedagogues, psychopedagogues, psychologists, counselors, etc. And ultimately, to all those people who want to discover, recycle or expand knowledge belonging to the socio -educational and labor sector, more specifically to the group of people at risk of social exclusion.

Official character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University and PhD master). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
