The overcoming of this course will involve the acquisition of theoretical knowledge in the field of intellectual property law allowing you to address any controversy of the sector with a specialized character, through the different methods of protection via civil, criminal and administrative protection of intellectual property rights.

The present course of intellectual and industrial piracy is aimed at economists, commercial headlines and/or university degrees in the subject subject of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional degree is also addressed to any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts, courts of justice, especially in the criminal and civil areas. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter.
