The quality in health services aims to provide patients with services that best preserve or restore their health status, at the most appropriate care level and in the most efficient way possible. With the Quality Management Course in health institutions, the student is wanted to provide the necessary knowledge to administer quality in health institutions, both in residential centers and in day and night centers, according to current regulations.
