Summary
The sports director is the person in charge of providing the necessary means and stability so that athletes can develop their task in the best possible way. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to train the student as a professional management professional, acquiring the necessary competences to operate all kinds of sports organizations.

It is very important that the person who performs the position of sports director develops the leadership competences and direction necessary to prepare for the development of their activities and be able to adapt to the growth of this sector and its permanent changes. This course prepares you to develop the management and leadership competences necessary to work in this area.

This course is aimed at the management cadres and intermediate controls of the sports field that, for the development of their functions, need to complement their training and develop management skills. In addition, it is also aimed at all those interested in acquiring this type of knowledge and those who want to enter this labor sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
