Summary
This sports massage course offers basic training on the subject. In this course all aspects about sports massage are addressed, from the foundations of massage and the description of the most important techniques developed for a good recovery of the athlete, to other complementary factors that facilitate the application of massage. The course in sports massage is supported not only on the teaching and research experience, but also on the daily application of knowledge for the advice of athletes and professional coaches, so it is very helpful for technicians that form the multidisciplinary teams of advice to the athlete.
