It develops its professional activity on behalf of others in the public and private sphere, in collaboration with the intervention team and from the direct supervision of the competent person of higher level. Likewise, it detects situations of inequality and the needs derived from it, organizing and transferring the relevant information in the subject of their specialty, both to the reference population and to higher level professionals, to promote and guide actions in the field of effective equality of women and men, and prevent discrimination of the female population. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the SSCE0212 Professional Certificate for the effective equality of women and men, certifying having overcome the different units of competence in them included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
