Early care implies preventing, detecting and intervening in problem situations in child development in an attempt to ensure the physical, psychological and social well -being of the boy and the girl with disabilities, disorders or at risk of suffering from them. This course aims to provide teachers with the necessary knowledge and tools for the design and development of preventive, optimizing and compensatory actions that facilitate the proper maturation of the children in all evolutionary areas. In addition, with this expert in early care for Primary Education teachers (approved and scaling course in Primary Magisterium + 5 ECTS credits) you will learn to know what kind of psychoeducational intervention can be carried out with a students who have specific needs and be able to put it into practice in daily life.

Goals

- Know the scope, the target population and the main theoretical models in early care. - Learn the basic patterns of diagnosis and intervention in children with evolutionary disorders from a broad and multidisciplinary perspective. - Detail the early signs of the various disorders and difficulties in the development to make possible early detection and more effective intervention. - Intervene psychoeducatively with special education students. - Know the different tools that can be used for intervention in special education.
