With the reform of Organic Law 5/2010 the criminal responsibility of legal persons is introduced. Along with this, a new profession arises that aims to guarantee compliance with current criminal regulations through the implementation and fulfillment of crime prevention systems and roasted condemnation to society. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
